This trailer has been sitting for a few years.  It is in overall good condition.  It will need some cosmetic work to include replacing the plywood on the back drop door.  (soft in places)  Floor, walls, ceiling appear to be in good shape with no visible leaks.  Back door drops fine but it is very heavy.  Side door opens and closes just fine.  Tires were aired up a few months ago and have been fine.  You will have to put a little cosmetic work in it but will yield a nice trailer in the end.  Because this is to settle an estate I will only be doing the advertising and collecting payment of trailers.  Once paid, they can be removed and I will give you the persons name and number so he can take care of the paperwork.  (This trailers does not need to be titled, just registered.  This is to settle an estate so the PR will be handling things.  (ALL paperwork in in line and ready for new owners.)  If you want to view the trailers I will do my best to make myself available but I can't guarantee it.

#### State sales tax will be collected at tag office.

This is our last auction in Pine Ridge.  There are still a couple things not picked up from previous auctions.  Buyers have had ample time to pick up.  I will NOT be taking anything back to my warehouse.  If not picked up after this auction they will be forfeited.  There are some very large items and lots in this auction.  Plan accordingly, I nor my staff will be helping you to load.  If it is large or heavy please bring help or don't bid.  I'm NOT risking my employees health.  We are allowing for 2 pick up days (that is it).  Don't call me later that day or over the weekend.  I will NOT be available.  We have to surrender the keys Friday.  So that everyone is on the same page pick up is Thursday from 8-2PM & Friday 8-12 NOON.  I will be pulling out of the yard at 12:01.
