This trailer has been sitting for a few years.  The tires were recently aired up and have held air for a few months.  The overall condition is very good.  There is a leak in the vent on the roof that has caused internal floor damage.  Its not that bad and the previous owner is leaving the plywood in the trailer to replace current floor.  Drop door in back is really nice and smooth.  Side door opens and closes perfectly.  Will probably have to do some repairs to vent and area around it.  (These trailers are currently selling for over $7,000.  This is a minor project to yield a great trailer.  This is to settle an estate.  I will only be doing the advertising and collecting payment of trailers.  Once paid, they can be removed and I will give you the persons name and number so he can take care of the paperwork.  .  This is to settle an estate so the PR will be handling things.  (ALL paperwork in in line and ready for new owners.).  I can't guarantee I will have time to show the trailers but I will do my best to be available.

This is our last auction in Pine Ridge.  There are still a couple things not picked up from previous auctions.  Buyers have had ample time to pick up.  I will NOT be taking anything back to my warehouse.  If not picked up after this auction they will be forfeited.  There are some very large items and lots in this auction.  Plan accordingly, I nor my staff will be helping you to load.  If it is large or heavy please bring help or don't bid.  I'm NOT risking my employees health.  We are allowing for 2 pick up days (that is it).  Don't call me later that day or over the weekend.  I will NOT be available.  We have to surrender the keys Friday.  So that everyone is on the same page pick up is Thursday from 8-2PM & Friday 8-12 NOON.  I will be pulling out of the yard at 12:01.
