Lot#22 Native American Made, Plains Indian Reproduction Moose Hide "Possible Bag" with brass cones & Antique Blue Padre Trade Beads (circa mid 1850's) 

 

Called "Possible Bags" because they could contain possibly anything. Possible bags were attached to a woman's side saddle while traveling. Later they were neatly hung on the inner wall of the tipi, several feet off the ground to discourage wild animals attracted by certain bags containing food.
