Movin On Estate Sales

To settle estate.  This Suburban is a consignment to settle a local estate.

I know very little about it except the previous owner use the same mechanic as myself.

Inverness Shell on 44 in Inverness has done all the work on it for years.

There is a new alternator and literally brand new battery in it.

The tires have less than 10K on them.  Michelin tires and look new.  The full size has also seen very little road.

The vehicle has had a regular visit for oil changes, tire rotations, brakes and normal maintenance.

Mike is a very meticulous mechanic and old school takes care of customers needs without spending their money senselessly.

It runs very well and nice and comfortable.

Being a 2500 this is an excellent vehicle for work and towing.  (Has a nice heavy duty hitch on it)

It is in dyer need a a total cleaning, which is mostly cosmetic. 

I have a signed title in hand.

Because I know so little about it I will make myself available to show it to interested parties.

This is a no reserve auction and will sell to the highest bidder.

This is our NEW LOCATION.  Please take note.  It is very easy to find and only about 3 miles for our previous location.  2780 N. Florida Avenue, HERNANDO, FL 34442.  This will take you to our front door.  We will have auction signs out front.  

Also so that there is NO confusion, pick-up is mandatory on Saturday 13th from 8AM-2PM.  If you bid you enter a contract to pay and pick-up.  Non-Payments and no pick-ups will result in forfeiture of items and potential banned from site.  I have always had an open phone to any questions or problems call it.  352-697-1778.
