Movin On Estate Sales

To settle estate.  This Suburban is consigned to settle a local estate.  Unfortunately I don't know much about it as the previous owner is deceased.  

As far as condition it is dyer need of detailing (cosmetic).  

I do know the previous owner used the same mechanic as myself.  (Inverness Shell) on 44 in Inverness.

The mechanic assured me that the vehicle has been in on time for regular oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, etc.

Any other work was done on an as needed basis.

It starts right up and runs smooth.

Tires have about 20K on them and plenty of thread left on them.

As you can see there is some rust on the quarter panels.  It was a northern vehicle before coming to Florida.

The inside is extremely comfortable and other than a good cleaning is in great condition.

The back seat windows motor does not work and the passenger side window has a tendency to fall on it's own.  Can be pushed back up. 

This is a great opportunity to have a nice and safe family vehicle or work vehicle.

Because I am not versed in the vehicle I will make myself available for you to see it in person.

I have a signed title in hand and ready to transfer.

This is our NEW LOCATION.  Please take note.  It is very easy to find and only about 3 miles for our previous location.  2780 N. Florida Avenue, HERNANDO, FL 34442.  This will take you to our front door.  We will have auction signs out front.  

Also so that there is NO confusion, pick-up is mandatory on Saturday 13th from 8AM-2PM.  If you bid you enter a contract to pay and pick-up.  Non-Payments and no pick-ups will result in forfeiture of items and potential banned from site.  I have always had an open phone to any questions or problems call it.  352-697-1778.
