Movin On Estate Sales

If you research just a great 2 drawer Tiger Maple Sheraton stand, you might find a nice one; for quite a bit of money, but you WONT find one as nice as either of these!! This is an incredible find! This auction is for one stand only!! I took pic of both together so you could see how similar they are. These stands are definitely New York and most definitely made by the same cabinet maker. Early-mid 1800’s! No doubt at all and just to be 100%, I sent pics of them to a well known (Period) dealer in New England. He said exact same thing. If you look close at both together you will see the legs are a bit different. That’s really it. This stand in this auction is in superb original condition; gorgeous grain, solid, no repairs, hand chamfered drawer bottoms, pegged all the way around, etc, etc... These stands are also grand slams as far as quality antiques are concerned!
