The title is clear (no liens) and all paperwork is on hand. Sales tax is not charged on this car for the auction, the buyer is responsible for these taxes when transferring the car into the buyer's name at the DMV office.
This is the same car that was in Hidden Treasures auction that ended Friday but the bidder backed out of that sale so we are running it again to try to get a sale for the owner.
