This is a vintage religious medal pendant dated 1930, featuring an oval shape with an image of the Virgin Mary on the front. The inscription around the image reads, 'O Mary Conceived Without Sin Pray For Us Who Have Recourse To Thee.' The back shows a cross, the letter 'M', and two sacred hearts surrounded by stars.
