The safe has a touch screen and it worked when I got it and took the photos. I replaced the battery and was able too get it open again. Now when I touch the screen I can't get the keypad to light up for the passkey. So there may be an intermittent problem with that screen BUT there is a 9v battery connector on the side. I do not have a 9v battery to test that function. I have the passkey to the safe but you will need to mess around it with it to make it a reliable safe. It is Large and VERY HEAVY. Bring help for loading.
