 172 US Navy battery operated power Cruzin cooler with charger this is a very unique piece it has a throttle like a motorcycle has brake like a motorcycle and you ride on it it has front foot pegs I have tried to charge it and it does not seem to hold a charge it will not move I think you're going to have to have new batteries
