It does not happen often, but once in a while Goebel Hummel issues a piece with a manufacturer's defect. The "Farewell" figurine is quite difficult to locate in such find condition as this, but with this manufacturer "blip" the actual value of this piece could be quite a bit higher. You be the judge!
