Movin On Estate Sales

I just cannot make out the last name where it’s signed. Begins with H.R.. This beautiful piece could be a grand slam IF we knew who the artist is! At first I thought this Duck was clay or a resin of some type. But up close look of beak and underneath sides of feathers proves it’s wood. Even has glass eyes. Mounted on driftwood, this piece would be a great addition to any collection.
