This early bank is complete. Please notice the “wire ties” in pics around his legs. I’m not sure why and I didn’t try to remove them. I’m guessing the parts are supposed to snap or hook up together somehow but does not. It’s the only reason I can see someone would put wire ties around the legs. Either way, this is a really cool early bank.
