This is an 8x12 wood shed. This shed has been looked at and is structurally sound. It will include all the contents if you want them. There are tires, tool boxes, garden stuff, hose reel, misc tools, chainsaw and sub-pump among other things.
The door on the front needs to be fixed or replaced but works as-is - See pics.
The roof in the back has a couple of leaks that have damaged some of the interior plywood of the roof area only. Needs a new roof or reshingled.
Again this is structurally sound and can be moved.
There is a local shed mover who is licensed and insured. He owns Belleview Portable Buildings. I have spoken with him and he will move this shed up to 50 miles for $200 and can usually move the same day. His name is Ron and his number is 352-233-1297.
Also, the shed must be paid for via PayPal or in person at pick up but you will have until Friday, Nov. 8th to have it moved unless otherwise discussed with us.
