Founded by Designer Louis Kramer & his 2 brothers Morris & Henry in 1943 in New York, Kramer Jewelry Creations continued production until the late 1970s. Traditional materials of Kramer jewelry - gilded metal with black enamel, artificial pearls, imitation of rubies, emeralds, lapis lazuli, jade, turquoise, and pearls.
