LOT# 73 1865 NAPOLEANIC EMPIRE FRANCAIS 5 FRANC RAILWAY TRANSCAR TOKEN ORIGINAL CHAIN.

The railway from Paris to Saint-Germain, opened August 24, 1837, is the origin of the network of railroads west from the Law of 9 July 1835. One of the locomotives used Seguin is a 1829 model, the first French locomotive flue. Company Railway West was liquidated in 1909 to form part of the network state. On August 31, 1937, forced merger of five companies dealers, North, East, Paris Orleans, PLM, State, Alsace Lorraine gave birth to the SNCF.
