I had a great and unique Wernicke bookcase in my last auction with sliding glass doors on bottom unit. Now, we were fortunate to find this beauty completely original with a drop down Secretary on top! Check out the beautiful finish; all original. The glass is perfect. The inside guts are as nice as ever. Banded ends. Labels. You’re just not going to find these unless you’re as lucky as us! And then we don’t see them often. This is in 5 sections. Base, top, 2 bookcases, and the Secretary. Measures 34” X 11” X 49” tall. If there was one tiny issue it would be the lock for drop down is missing as pic shows. Big deal. Who locks them anyways? And there is just a tiny bit of staining on very top which doesn’t show from the front. Beautiful unique antique bookcase.
