Here is one of my favorites growing up, Popeye! The Cel is in beautiful condition, numbered 44 of just 125, and signed by artist Myron Waldman. As you may have seen in a previous listing, all of these frames have a colored plastic adhesive which was affixed to the wood frames. Some have lifted or peeled off. The left black strip has peeled off this one. I’d just take the other 3 sides off. The Mat on this was signed by the artist and to the Spallone family. Either leave as is or put a new mat in. Neither affects the high value of these Cels. This one measures 16 1/2” X 19”.
