Here is another Betty Boop Serigraph from same great estate. Please note..The frames these Serigraphs and Cels were put in are solid. They used a colored plastic adhesive over the wood. Some have lifted. Some are missing. In this case the bottom black strip on frame is gone on this Serigraph. They do not hurt the actual value of the contents. I’d just peel the remainder of plastic coating off.
