This beauty just came from an incredible estate in Almonte Springs. This OOC is signed M. Louise Koch. The frames is Period, very heavy and in overall great condition. It’s probably worth more than this beautiful painting as the painting had a tear/Hole through it just under the flower pot I’m pointing to. Actually hard to see where it’s located unless you’re up close and looking. But it’s there and we will point out everything. Frame measures 32” X 26”. Inside frame & painting measures 21 1/2” X 15 1/2”. Don’t know if this is a listed artist but would say if not, she/he should be! Beautiful!
