This is an absolutely beautiful rocker which was made by hand by the famed “ Woodys Chair shop” in Spruce Pine, North Carolina. Not quite sure of exact age of this Black Walnut chair other than it has been in the same families cabin in the mountains of NC for at least Last 20 years. Recently made its way here. Google Woodys Chair shop to read all about them. They make them one at a time and are owned by Governors, senators, and have even earned recognition and have in the Smithsonian and The Kennedy Presidential Library! This truly is a work of art and just a gorgeous, comfortable, and beautiful condition rocker.
