David Ballew was born in Hartford Connecticut and is now in New Mexico listed as one of the Top Artist. You can easily Google and see what some of his works are fetching. Last one I saw last night, same size sold for 1200.00. This one was done in 1992 and sold at some point for 490.00 as card on back shows. Really nicely done. On Masonite board. Frame measures 20” X 17 1/2”. Nice! Small dirt spot top left matting-border.
