Movin On Estate Sales

I’m not by any means an expert on jewelry so here you go. I believe this Sterling cuff to be Southwestern; possibly Native American? It appears to be a carved and polished stone but I know you folks will know. It came with all this fine jewelry with much more to list. It is unmarked. Like other pieces, I took to jewelers and had looked at. They verified the cuff to be Sterling Silver. 1.935 Ounces. And the stone almost looks cracked but I think are the seams in the stone? Beautiful cuff!
