Beautifully framed, the Thomas Kinkade came from a great local estate. It is numbered 475 of only 685 ever produced! Accompanying it is the COA, Letter to the new owner from Lighthouse Publishing, and gold stamp to affix to the COA. Without this paperwork they are fairly common. The price goes up just having it.
