Movin On Estate Sales

I have several autographs coming up including this one. They all came from same estate. The lady told me her mom( deceased) went and got most of these signatures herself Or..Had a friend get autographs for her. This is what she told me. Based on this, I will not guarantee they are hand signed though I believe they are after using my magnifier and comparing fakes to legit.
