This is a really nice solid antique pie safe. Has “Country” written all over it. This is just how we found it. The tin punched panels had been replaced at some point but can easily be replaced if you wanted. The two removable shelves have contact paper on them with a string of lace along the edges as pics show which will just pull off of you wanted. I left it alone in case you like it this way. The drawer has a hand chamfered bottom with early dovetail and slides great. I believe the knobs are original to the piece. Very solid condition and very old. The only thing we can’t agree on is what kind of wood it is. We believe it to be either walnut or polar, but definitely a hardwood. Nice piece for your country kitchen! Measures 39” wide X  16” deep X 55” tall.
