I can’t for the life of me remember what country the lady I got this from told me she got it in. She had gone as a missionary, worked with a village, and was given this Marionette as a thank you from the people of the village. She said it was handmade by them. And that was many years ago. Just look at pics carefully and check out the work with sequins and beads. It’s actually quite attractive, especially once you see the work in it up close. I honestly don’t know a thing about them.
