35645 are numbers on dial. Along with USMC. Not sure what all that means if in fact was used by the Marine Corps? This item was found buried in the same local estate I’ve gotten many of these cool item from. Pics give you a better description than I can. Looks like it could use a nice cleaning. Lots of brass on it. In original box with a couple accessories.
