Here we have the first of two signed Chandler pastels in matching frames. These came from an estate in upstate NY. As you can see on back, it states, “These two Chandler signed paintings came from Scotland 50 years ago”.  They were purchased in an auction in NY in 1968. So therefore these Chandlers are from Early 1900’s. They are in beautiful condition. The frames are original but do have some scrapes and scratches on them. The next one will now be listed.
