Movin On Estate Sales

So I know not a thing about this item. This is what I do know and will share with you. This Dali was owned and purchased by a Secret Service & State Department gentleman. There are a few items in this auction which were his such as the Military medals, his handcuffs, Bronze bust of King Tut, etc.. Anyway, he acquired this piece of art and according to his wife cherished it almost more than her! He passed away. She then wrote to and sent picture of it to the Dali Museum and got this letter back (in pics) in 1998. She never did go further in the process of having authenticated. And unfortunately I don’t have any more info on it either. I certainly can’t guarantee anything about it. I just don’t know. Hopefully one of you will know. The print inside border measures 7” X 9 1/2”.  Frame is 13” X 15 3/4”.
