Description:
Two 1932 may 20th & may 21st JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA TIMES UNION SAT MAY 21st 1932 original Newspaper Printing Mold Flong   it measures 18 1/2 ×  22 1/2, newspaper stereotype flongs are made from a material very similar to heavy paper mache. These flong sheets are from newspapers of that time my understanding back in the 1930's the molds were often damaged during the process or simply thrown out after the cast was made and very few have survived. With the local Jacksonville history
