All FURNITURE will need to be removed from the home ON PICK UP DAY. Please bring help to load if you win any furniture pieces.
If you need to make other arrangements for pickup we will be happy to work with you as long as your invoice is paid (with the exception of furniture). If you pay your invoice and do not make arrangements for pickup or shipping your items will be forfeited.
PLEASE BE ADVISED there will be a $10 handling fee added to the cost of shipping, with the exception of jewelry or coins/currency. Shipping payments are usually requested via PayPal. If you need to make different arrangements for the shipping payment please let me know.
Packaging supplies ARE NOT provided, so if you win a lot that requires packing/protection please bring the necessary materials with you.
