Description:

This matching pair of candelabra holders are early! I thought at first when I saw them they were cast iron. They aren’t. Then I considered brass. I don’t believe they are that either. They are almost too light for brass which makes me believe they are early tin. Very fancy design. In pics you see white stuff at base. They are not damaged nor is it solder or repairs. Just patina and dust. Very sweet set. From great estate in Massachusetts.
