The second fire truck in Hess toy history is also the first in the fleet to be originally designed as a bank. Making a bold statement in traditional "fire engine red" with lots of chrome detail, the truck boasts an extended cab with brightly flashing emergency lights and headlights and taillights, each operated by individual switches. The extendable three-section aerial ladder swivels 360 degrees and has ratchet gears, which ensure it can be "locked" in place.
