CB10 | 1999 Membership Stein | " The Golden Age of Brewing, Circa 1898 ". This 9" lidded stein, made in Brazil by Ceramarte, features a collage representive of the 1800s. The artwork is highlighted by a depiction of the enormous Anheuser-Busch brewing complex in St. Louis, MO. Two century old Budweiser bottles appear in the foreground of the illustration. Centered at the bottom of the stein is an early 1898 A&Eagle logo. A locomotive and a riverboat are on each side of the stein. The pewter lid is topped with an early pewter A&Eagle logo and the thumbrest is etched with an eagle. The handle is in the shape of a famous pocketknife used as a calling card by Anheuser-Busch founder, Adolphus Busch. Individually numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Gift Boxed.
