Features include working head and taillights and a miniature race car with a pull-back motor. | 2004 Hess Miniature Tanker Truck: The 7th in the series marks the 40th Anniversary of the Hess Toy Truck with the release of a miniature replica of the very first toy - the 1964 Hess Tanker Truck. It features working head, tail and running lights, a fill port on the top of the tanker, and a movable hose. This year's model is attached to its display base via a quick release locking knob underneath, allowing easy on/off - the first time this mechanism was used on the miniature series.
