Once this item has been paid for and identification verified it will be transferred to the buyers through Silver Springs Pawn & Gun at 5300 E. Silver Springs Blvd. Ste. D Silver Springs, FL 34488. These will be delivered to Silver Springs Pawn & Gun by 3:00 PM on Pick-Up day provided payment and verification have been recieved.
Their fee will be $25 per gun and $5 for background check (if applicable), to be paid IN CASH when you pick up your guns at their store.
The winning bidder must be able to pass the required FDLE background check conducted onsite at Springs Pawn & Gun.
The person registered on the account with the auctioneer MUST be the same person that has their background checked, signs for, and picks up the gun.
To purchase handguns (pistols/revolvers), you must be at least 21 years old, a Florida resident, and show proof with valid government photo identification.
You do not need to be a Florida resident to purchase long guns (rifles/shotguns).
There is a 3 day waiting period on all firearms purchases unless you have a valid Florida Concealed Weapons permit
Springs Pawn & Gun will also ship to a local FFL near you. The shipping cost is $50-$100 depending on location and insurance. There are certain states they will not ship to. Fire arms laws in the receiving state may incur additional charges. Please inquire about this before bidding.
