This 1986 United States Liberty Half Dollar Proof Coin celebrates the 100th anniversary of the Statue of Liberty. Designed by Edgar Z. Steever IV and produced at the San Francisco Mint, this proof coin features a detailed depiction of the Statue of Liberty on the obverse and the Ellis Island Immigrants on the reverse. The coin comes in its original United States Liberty blue case with a red, white, and blue ribbon and includes the original certificate of authenticity.
