This is a Consider it SOLD auction, BUT it is not at the warehouse. It is in Beverly Hills (Pine Ridge). Pick-up is absolutely MANDATORY. We must have everything removed from the house by Sunday. There are NO exceptions. We will NOT take items back to the warehouse to pick-up at a later date.
