The homeowner in BELLVIEW has sold her home and moving. This item needs to be paid for first either by PayPal or swing by my home ( pickup location for this auction) to pay. Once paid for I will give you address in BELLVIEW to pick up. This item MUST be picked up as again, she is moving. 
As for this lovely sofa. She bought it new from Kanes furniture for approx 1k. It is in excellent condition as this lady takes very good care of everything! She does have two very clean n cute indoor kitties of which from time to time has hopped up on sofa. You may find a cat hair so just letting you know it is not a pet free home. The color is black. Not a tear, rip, stain or any wear to be found.
