The only thing I can tell you about this huge sailfish is that it’s very old. It also came from the same estate as most of the antiques in this auction came from. It was like a museum with taxidermy in the house. All the feathered mounts were in real rough shape; even several deer heads. But the fish weren’t too bad. This one, the other big one already listed, and the largemouth bass next lot were in ok condition. You can see two spots here on sailfish that have some damage though not horrible. Around the eye and tail. Being from New England I’m not even sure this is a big one but he is well over 7 feet long. Heavy duty hanger on back to hang him
