All black powder guns being sold are replicas. They still fall under the antique firearms laws. FFL is NOT required by law and we will NOT require a FFL. The high bidder MUST be the one to pick up the gun. Must be over 21 years old and MUST have a Florida Driver’s License (required for our records). It is YOUR responsibility to know if you can legally own a black powder gun. WE WILL NOT be held responsible for any of your actions. All other auction rules and fees apply.
