GUNS AND GOLD DOES NOT ACCEPT C&R LICENSES FOR GUN TRANSFERS. THE WINNING BIDDER MUST BE ABLE TO PASS THE REQUIRED FDLE BACKGROUND CHECK CONDUCTED ONSITE AT GUNS AND GOLD. THE PERSON REGISTERED ON THE ACCOUNT WITH THE AUCTIONEER MUST BE THE SAME PERSON THAT HAS THEIR BACKGROUND CHECKED, SIGNS FOR, & PICKS UP THE GUN. TO PURCHASE HANDGUNS (PISTOLS/REVOLVERS), YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD, A FLORIDA RESIDENT, AND SHOW PROOF WITH VALID PHOTO IDENTIFICATION. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A FLORIDA RESIDENT TO PURCHASE LONG GUNS (RIFLES/SHOTGUNS). THERE IS A 3 DAY WAITING PERIOD ON ALL FIREARMS PURCHASES UNLESS YOU HAVE A VALID FLORIDA CONCEALED WEAPONS PERMIT. GUNS AND GOLD WILL ALSO SHIP TO A LOCAL FFL NEAR YOU. THE SHIPPING COST IS $50-$100 DEPENDING ON LOCATION AND INSURANCE. THERE ARE CERTAIN STATES THEY WILL NOT SHIP TO. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT THIS BEFORE BIDDING.
