* This is a message to all Buyers: We do NOT have a warehouse. Most sales are done out of other peoples homes. We do not mind bringing back SMALL items for later pickup once in a while..... But that does not mean every week or buy 30 items that need to be packed. We do not bring packing materials for other people. We have to be able to fit items in our vehicle to get back to Belleview. If you cannot come to pickup please DO NOT bid, unless you have spoken with us directly. Also, we are not a storage facility. We will hold items for 3 days. We will NOT track you down. If you do not communicate or pickup then your items will be forfeited with NO refunds. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: If you buy multiple things and they need to be brought back to Belleview we will be charging a $5 & up go home fee based on what you have or what needs to be pack. (This will not apply to jewerly, coins or small items).
If something comes up then we can hold SMALL items for you. We will hold for 3 days unless arrangements are made. After that time, you forfeit them with no refunds.
We will ship small items. Everything we ship is sent with tracking. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: ALL jewerly, coins and small items that can go in a small "if it fits, it ships" box or bubble envelope with be actual shipping cost. No other fees. Anything we have to bring to a pac and send location due to being breakable will have a $5 handling fee added to shipping cost.
You MUST bring help when purchasing large items. It is also your responsibility to have tools/equipment to move large items. Please contact us BEFORE bidding if you will need assistance with purchases.
Pickup times are clearly listed on every auction. It is your responsibility to know when those times are. Our pickups are every Monday unless otherwise noted. Pickup times are 10am to 3pm. If you need to make other arrangements please contact us BEFORE bidding.
All lots are sold AS IS. Please check descriptions and photos.
Auctions end in 30 second intervals WATCH YOUR COUNTDOWN CLOCKS!
You will receive an invoice for ALL of the auctions you have won at the conclusion of the sale. Please do not pay until ALL lots have closed.
REMINDER
If you do not intend to pick up or pay, please DO NOT bid.
If you win any large or heavy items please bring help with you! We cannot stress this enough.
Packaging supplies ARE NOT supplied so please bring them. If you win a lot that requires packing/protection please bring the necessary materials with you.
