This is a spectacular piece, quite large and heavy (bring help to load!). It is in beautiful condition with the exception of the top where the desk pad originally sat - this section has wear as shown in the pictures. Could be easily refinished or simply place another desk pad on it. Area rug and floor protector are not included. Area rug is located in Lot #81 and the floor protector is in Lot #64.
