It takes two small bulbs. I had none here and not going out to buy. However, the cord and switch is in excellent condition and sockets appear very clean. I’m sure it works just fine. There is an old taped/repaired crack at top of head I’m pointing to. Still a great collectible.
We ship smalls only. If it fits in a sm, med, large USPS box we will ship. Or small padded pouch for coins, jewelry, etc.
