Appears to be in excellent condition. I hung it, plugged in and lit right up as shown. I could hear a tiny buzz and am guessing that’s to pump the oil up nylon strings to look like it’s raining. I only knew this after researching to see what this was even called. My guess it is working but may need the mineral oil added. Either way it’s great and lights up. Complete with long original chain to hang.
We ship smalls only. If it fits in a sm, med, large USPS box we will ship. Or small padded pouch for coins, jewelry, etc.
