Corbiere was known for his seascape paintings with the light reflections as this one has. This is actually a real nice looking painting but does have a couple tears in canvas in pointing to. I’m attaching in pics a little bit of what I found on him and his works. There is also writing in pencil on stretcher back which I couldn’t make out although I’m guessing it’s location of where this was painted.
