The estate all of these gemstone pieces (including the several lots of turquoise near the top) of jewelry came from were homemade. The settings are all beautiful Sterling unless noted otherwise. The gemstones are guaranteed all authentic, purchased by him and cut, polished, etc, by him. Was absolutely outstanding work. 
This lot of 3 is beautiful. The very top one was not finished. It just sits in the sterling setting but not locked in. I believe it’s the only unfinished one out of all this gorgeous jewelry. And these 3 are the only 3 that didn’t have a tag attached naming the gems. And I don’t know to say.
