This was an incredible find!! I’m listing the bedroom set!! You need to research these pieces. The back of this dresser is stamped made in Sweden! There’s also other markings but can’t quite make it out. If you’re not into MCM furniture but know someone who is…let them know!! I am attaching pics of some Edmond Spence history as well as the same identical pieces I have and the prices they’re selling for! But Please..do your own research as well. 
This beautiful piece (along with entire set) is extremely solid! The sliding louver doors at top work nice and smooth as they should. This 1950’s set is Not in mint condition but yet is still in (I think) great condition for age and that it was still being used daily. The front of this dresser is in very nice condition. It(like the rest of the set) needs to be wiped down. I see spots in places that will wash right off but that’s it. On each side of this dresser is just a couple tiny spots near bottom (as pics show) of missing veneer. But that’s it with this incredible expensive piece. I was thinking about sending to a large auction house for more exposure but ultimately decided on just running it through my auction now with a very very low reserve on each. And again, if you research it and see the pricing of it you will realize I’m being more than fair.

This set was purchased in NY per family member and in fact in a few drawers there is their previous address of East Rockaway, NY. 

Note: While researching you may find “copies” of this chest in the 3-400.00 range. You will also know those are copies by the way the legs come straight down whereas the legs on this set are the real deal.
